Amazing capture and dedication for Ronnie. God bless.
Wonderful capture these ferries are so much fun to ride
That water looks COOOOOOOOLD!
There is a certain comfortable familiarity about photos of this place, and I really enjoy that!
Very fine image !!
Ah, he efficient ferry again. Nice photo. The person looking gives a good idea of scale and distance. Keep up the good work! :-)
This is GREAT. The person in this adds so much to ths. Well done!
Very nice capture Bill.
I couldn't work out quite where you were standing for a minute, but then I remembered that day we spent on the pier just before we left town. This is a wonderful image!
What a wonderfully cool shot this is! I love the ferries, they fascinate me...
Sorry mate I must have missed this, it's all due to the greater number of uploads now, I get lost in all those updates :(. Fantastic work buddy!
Awesome clarity, color, contrast and composition in this stellar panorama, Bill.
A great capture, Bill! The lone figure gives it a great mood, and a sense of scale as well. Well seen and captured!
Great capture. Spent many days/evenings there! The ferry looks kind of long. is it a new one Bill?
Ha! That would be me.. lol I know, I'm a machine nut.. Great looking shot Bill, thanks for showing.. Rob
Would be great to go over on the ferry. Great pic. x
great dimension, very clear and zoom is worth!
Love to be in that kind of ferry (lot of souvenirs of San Juan Islands)
In Zoom the spectator suddenly comes into full view. She's perfect. She puts it all into perspective. The mid ground is towering, that big, big ship, made even bigger by the repeated windows on 3 levels; and how it seems to be smashing into that crane-bridge thing (help me with words, here!), that big girder thing that meets the boat head on. Or so it appears to. The two make a formidable 'middle' to the shot. And then stuff in the background with hills or mountains and water and clouds. It's beautiful. And I really like how the front water sweeps around like a hand holding it all in its palm. A very gentle shot, and a sweeping one at the same time. And I love that spectator---she gives us someone to hold onto in that big sweeping mid ground. Really expressive, Bill. Big, intimate, gentle and very impressive.
