Description
Koinobori, meaning "Carp or Koi streamers" in Japanese, are carp-shaped wind socks traditionally flown in Japan to celebrate Childrens Day. These wind socks are made by drawing carp patterns on paper, cloth or other nonwoven fabric. They are then allowed to flutter in the wind. They are also known as satsuki nobori or Japanese paper fish kites. Some info from Wikipedia. I continue to grow stronger and we hope to travel north to New Hampshire on May 22nd. Try to zoom.
