Description
Unfortunately, this will be my last render done on my old girl, my beast of a computer. She has, over the last few days, commenced with a long, slow, and painful death. As my tech guy put it, he "placed a Band-Aid on a gun shot wound," just to get her up and running once more. Now, I do have a new customized studio system in works being built for me, but that is still a couple weeks out for me to receive it (never mind the reinstall process of my runtime!!! ugh!), so hopefully I will be able to keep my old girl limping along until then. All of that being said, she owes me nothing, as I have had her for many years, and in that time have quite literally Frankensteined her into a monster of a machine. Honestly, I was shocked she had this last render in her. Sadly, all good things come to an end, but she has served me well, and will be missed.

A fabulous tribute to the old girl! Good luck with the re-install.
thanks so much!
R.i.P.
This is outstanding... just gorgeous. Best of luck with the new machine
A fitting tribute to a loyal worker. Tech Tip: When the new machine arrives and are all done the re-install of your runtime, get yourself an external drive and simply copy the entire "My Library" folder onto it. I completely replace my external drive copy about once a month as I am always adding some new content. This little trick had my last replacement machine fully operational in under and hour, I re-installed Daz Studio, connected the external drive and copied the My Library folder over the default. Done! Much better than re-installing all your content one product at time, which I have also suffered through.
