The texture of the planetoid is an actual Hi-Res picture of the Europa moon surface taken by the Cassini probe. Also the Jupiter texture is an Hi-Res texture map from NASA pictures of the actual planet Jupiter.

Nice! I wonder, from a lighting perspective, wouldn't Jupiter be the dominant light source that far out?
Jupiter has a higher albedo than average of the planets, but also from the NASA photos taken from probes, the sun is still the main light.
Very nice ship and dramatic scene with beautiful planets. Who said reality can't be beautiful ?

Well, it looks like the hits, they just keep-a-comin'. Love the modeling, and it seems that both you and I have a preference for the gray-orange color combination. Nice work.
