It is a gift when each one’s giving,
the colored and the choclolate eggs.
At days like this we aren’t egrets
but we give ourselves, the best.
Celebrate that live’s reborn,
without this time someone is thorned.
Turning every twig around,
we see the birds that make their nest.
Dressing up their colored feathers,
singing high to easter feast.
