They are lovely, Harry; I rather like those serrated edges, like tiny ruffles, and the colours remind me of catsup and mustard, minus the hot dog and onions! These are the type of lilies that have the most wonderful center bits when you go up way close. Excellent shots of these garden beauties!

Splendid work on this colorful capture, Harry.

The frillier the better for me! Lovely photos, and you can add these flowers to a salad, they are edible.

Two wonderful shots. Fantastic colors, details and clarity.

beautiful lilies

Well, I learned that these have serrated edges---I might not have noticed if you hadn't said it. (I have a lot to learn about flowers!) And I learned that you can eat them in salads! But most of all, these are deep hued captures, and I love the contrast between the deep yellows and reds against all those deep greens. And the top ones are brighter, while the bottom one is subtler and fuller---a nice contrast. And you have two on top, with one on the bottom (I'm a big montage guy, so I always notice sequences, and this is a fine example of the thought you put into them). Beautiful full-bodied captures, and amazing they're so close to that rusty old hydrant---they have almost the same colors. I wonder if there's some communication between them...Opulent work, as is always the case with your flowers, Harry.

Owww beautiful color !!!!
