Description
I did something new - for me anyway. This is an image composed almost totally in GIMP. When I saw Angie's (Rachel Marie) PNG sets it made me want to try it. I did V4 in Poser (Mihrelle's Aeryn texture on the base V4) against the gray background and exported the image to GIMP. Regina's Advent9 BG looked like a nice base so I brought it in as a layer and shoved it to the back. I figured out how to scale and move Angie's png's and went crazy. I even threw in a few butterfly brushes. I upped the brightness and contrast on the finished image and this is the result. Not too bad for an evening's work by an old goat. It will never make it to the Louvre but I'm happy with it.

Formidable creation!
Nice job at layering. I hardly think of you as on old goat.
Nice scene.. very well made.. and you are not a old goat :))
Wonderful and beautiful work
Gorgeous work!!!!! I haven't figured out how to scale the .pngs
Great image, it has a nice sense of freedom. I've been using GIMP, but I got Paint Shop Pro again so I'm back to using it.
fabulous image and work
Lovely render
Excellent job on this mixed medium image. Many of my images were created in a similiar way, only with photoshop Elements instead of Gimp.
Beautifully done Terri!! a bit of shadow and it would be perfect my friend its such a great composition!! well done!!
Nicely done. The foreground figure is just a bit brighter than the background, but the scaling is just about perfect.
Stands and applauds like crazy I knew you could do it.. welcome to the new world. Next you'll be out buying a graphics tablet and drawing something simple to start and who knows where from there.
Delightful scene, Terri.
Always fun to try something new, isn't it? I'm not sure if Poser has it, but next you'll want to learn about shadow catchers-- that'll let you let put shadows in.
Very pretty scene ;)
Wonderful work! Keep going and have fun!
Really nice work and no one is too old to learn new tricks, as long as they want to. Well done!
