Description
It seems Ken's panel van had a bit more torque than Betsy-Mae expected, nothing like a flying start to get the edge on the competition though !
Ken Morrison, a fellow 3D artist and friend here @ Rendo, gave me his kool Panel Van model, just right for the speed freak in me ! LOL
Great details and modelling techniques, triple blowers, white wall tyres and a custom skull logo, what more could want ? Nice job Ken and thanx a bunch, hope you like the render.
Cheers jif3d :o)

Trying to figure out if the van backfired? Usually flames don't come out the carbs.... Cool hot rod van tho..... And love the Vette. Cool work as always. How School going?
Learning the in's and out's of 3ds Max
Cool stuff man, I remember back in the day a Wheelie special called the Lil Red Wagon, a Flat nosed, Square Cab looking Flat bed Truck, do a 1/4 mile wheelie. rawdodb is right though, backfire through the Carburator is not a good thing, seen a friend of mine singe all the hair off his head while adjusting the Carb on his Truck, I caught my Jeans on fire once when I caught some blowback off my Harlry, that was exciting for a minit......Super work Jeff Peace
Yeah, I know not very politically...err, mechanically correct, but lets just say it's been sitting out in the weather and this race blew all the crap out of the carbies in a...wait for it... BALL OF FLAME AND INSTANT SPEED BOOST...yeah, that's what happened ! LOL
Outstanding work on this scene. It is considered bad luck to have flames coming out of the stacks like that
A real rubber burner if you ask me, great looking scene Jeff and awesome van.
Glad you liked my panel truck Jeff and you put it to great use. Love the scene....
Very cool scene, fantastic work!
Fantastic scene and work!!! You work hard, Jeff, and it will pay off!
Cool scene Jeff :)
Right' O - that's my son Jeff, he has a warped sense of humour - as always ... just check his avatar, it tells you all ! LOL did you see the crazy chicks face - the glee is priceless ;P totally absurd fun and good job, BB
wonderful looking here
an exciting scenario. I do not have a high performance vehicle, but I would like to have one. the closest to a high performance was a Subie turbo
Great rodeo.
Cool! Love that panel van hot rod. Fun scene Jeff!
now this is what a Vette should be about... racing... whether drag or track or road... a Vette should not be used to get groceries, or to teach your girlfriend how to drive (that last one is carved in stone somewhere) very coolular image!
We all know that the Vette will take the panel van in the end so the best part of this street scene is the paint job on the Vette! To much weight in the van. An outstanding creation Jeff!
Good one Jeff,topnotch effects eh
Zooooooooooooom Zooooooooooooom Zoooooooooooooom fantastic
cool
Exciting image with a great sense of movement!
An evil looking contraption (with matching driver expression) here blowing the doors of the corvette. Fun composition and well rendered, Jeff.
