Alien planet earth!
Oooo, it really does look like some little imp face.
Awesome fungus, Andrea. Reminds me of these dried Pork ears we gave the dog :)
This is very unusual.
I have never seen anything like it. It reminds me of the pigs ears my dog likes!
Beautiful translucent fungus with very appealing sinuous curves & raised vein-like markings. Great capture...

WONDERFUL WORK
So neat. Great shot, and I really like how you captured the fuzzy look of the fungus.
Ooh, this is fascinating! What a great find and shot!
I love the backlit and totally mesmerized by the shape and textures in the RR version!
Oh my, magnificent fungus! The flickr one really looks like an ear .. perhaps it IS an ear, left behind by some absent minded Alien!
Awesome photo here! Could not see the other one, the only option was to sign up for Flickr.
Tried it a second time and it worked. Still like then first one best!
cool shot
Amazing capture Andrea. God bless.
Fantastic fungi and pic
This one is very cool looking looks so soft great shot girl.
I know one or two who have ears like that, especially in this cold weather (chuckle)... nice captures. I think this is sometimes used in recipe's more for it's texture than it's flavour but as always it's best avoided if you get reactions to these things... many have to be cooked thoroughly or it's an hospital visit.. or at the very least a day in the toilet.
A richly detailed study of a curious little fungi. A huge tonal range captured by your camera too!
Wow, what a soft and crispy sharpness on your find. Excellent shot
Wonderful mushroom :)
If one stares at the fungi long enough, visions of a mask in torment comes to the fore in the stellar pic, A.
