Description
"Sheltered By Moguls ~ Parking Lot Birds"
These parking lot scavenger birds were taking shelter among the shopping cart moguls as I came out of the Sam's Club store. Their feathers are puffed out and the moguls give them a windbreak to combat the 10F [-12.2C] weather. I do not know what species these birds are. I had to approach very quietly and calmly to avoid spooking the birds into flying before I got this picture.
mo·gul [moh-guhl] Noun: "A bump or mound of hard snow on a ski slope."

haha that is funny ... great shot :))
Maybe they are getting ready for the Olympics. Shopping Cart downhill bird-boarding? Good work getting close to them.
an amusing photo indeed
Jim, this is a marvelous capture. Maybe they need to apply for membership cards so they can get in out of the weather ;)
Great image :)
Amazing my friend, excellent shot as usual, well done!
cool picture, very cold
Very cool capture
I do not mind the birds except when they take a dump on my car and/ or I have to walk through it to get to the store
This is hilarious, moguls wasn't enough so now you have mogul birds too! Cool.
Do all the birds want to go shopping? Great and funny shot.
They look like starlings and it must be a bit warmer where they are.
OMG this is an awesome shot love those little birds guess they wanted to go shop for something warm.
