Description
A photo from one of the only two very brief frosts in my garden this winter. Tiarella leaves. Probably worth a look fullsize.
Today we have SUN! Tomorrow another low will sweep in, we are told.

What a lovely dusting of powdered sugar you have captured. Wonderful close up.
Sweet photo. I love the crystallized sugar effect on the variety of colors. It looks almost good enough to eat. :)
They look delightful! The shaft of light revealing the chilled textures!
Lovely frozen effect: Beautiful shot
I did look full size and it was worth the look.
superb, what beautiful colours
This is so pretty with the frost hope it did not hurt the plant.
Amazing capture Andrea. I trust summer is not far for yo to enjoy. God bless.
Excellent photo! Very good depth of field and color. Did you do any macro shots of this subject?

W O W !!!
Splendid lighting! Great capture! :)
OH GOSH! What a beautiful shot, Andrea. I love when you photograph close ups :-)
Title had me thinking in some surreal manner that you had a snowman lodger who decided to travel to the north pole. Fine capture, reminds me of confectionary with such detail.
They look so pretty.
Sterling composition of contrast, lighting effects and textures in this pic. And, I will gladly trade our perpetual sun for your frequent lows any day, A.
Perfectly captured, Andrea! Wow, so amazingly lovely!
gorgeous FX!!!
Another beautiful composition !
