Description
Scotland, Laggan
We often passed this gatehouse of the Ardverikie Castle which I wanted to visit and drive up the 3 miles of a private road through the woods. But the gates were closed because it is a private property.
This estate was the shooting location for the "Rosamunde Pilcher-Movie: "Wilder Thymian".
Wish you a relaxed sunday! ;o)

The gatehouse is bigger than my house, lol. Beautiful place.
Love this old place and alot of them not surviving cause others want more modern but not me i love the shapes of them. Great shot my friend.
Ich bin mehr Tatort als Rosamunde Pilcher. Nettes Ferienhaus
Very impressive!
Appears abandoned; yet in good enough shape for preservation. Nice photo capture.
Beautiful architecture & the dramatic sky makes a fine backdrop to show it off...
