You can see the marks of the heavy wind on the river and you can imagine how difficult it is to shoot photos without a tripod, because I don't like tripods, giving me the feeling to be in jail and it takes a lot of time to prepare it perfectly.
Thanks a lot for your visit and all welcome comments ;o)

Nice vista. You should consider a monopod if you live in a windy area, like you I don't like tripods as I tend to do a few miles when I go out so I don't like carrying it but a monopod with a quick release also doubles as a hiking stick.
your tip is worth a consideration! will try it and see if it helps! thx ;o)
A wonderful composition with great depth!!
Nice shot and I won't use tripods either although I do have one and a mono.
Such a beautiful area well taken my friend.
Solch ein starker Wind erzeugt sicher ein Marilyn Effekt auf Kilts
lol du wieder! g
that water is pretty choppy, nice capture without the pod.
Another beautiful shot!
I can feel the wind.
Beautiful area, nice effect of the wind over the water!
You have done a great job, despite the wind blowing so hard!
So very Beautiful! Aloha
Another very good shot. I agree about the tripod, a lot of things to carry around; and, ten the set up time - and, no guarantee you will get a good shot.
Superb quiet landscape, very nice shot, Rita!
This landscape is absolutely splendid, superb shot despite the wind, Rita !

So beautiful, dear Rita. We have wind and rain here at the moment. Hugs. Di. xx
A beautiful scene all the way to the mountains! That rough water does look cold!
