Dry Brush filter makes the painterly effect, Zoom to appreciate it!
See another colourful view Here
It is hard to get colouful outdoor photos at present, and as I am a Bah Humbug about the tat and noise surrounding this season the shops are almost a no-go area except for food!

A lovely woodland scene Andrea, somewhat similar to what I have just posted!!
Superb capture Andrea. God bless.
Very Beautiful,
trees are dressed in autumn colors! a wonderful fall capture! ;o)
Very good looks a lovely place to walk
I couldn't agree more Andrea I hate the piped music at this time of year I use the term 'music' loosely here and tend to put my iPod on when I have to go food shopping to drown it out ! It's a great image and the post work you applied works well, soon be the 2nd January and we can all go about business as usual again :)
Lovely colour contrasts in this shot. I know what you mean, I don't go near the shops either unless I absolutely have to!
Agree on the bah humbug level of yuletide :)
I think you have done very well with the colours, really autumnal!!
This is beautiful. I really like the pastel colors at this time of year. Cheer up, Andrea. After January 1 the holidays will be over and we can all go back to being the miserable bastards we are during the rest of the year.
It is a lovely result, Andrea. If just we could get rid of all the Christmas commercials on TV going on since mid November, I would be ever so happy. I need to keep up the holiday spirit. to pass it on to my family when they come dec 23rd and stay til 26th evening, so we watch Christmas calender series and "julefilm". lol ! It does help ;-)
It looks a very peaceful place to waste some time and such lovely colours.
GREAT SHOT
A top notch pic in this capture of one of your celebrated forest series, Andrea. Neato colors and texture make this spot one would like to venture through during this annual season of utter commercialism.
Can you imagine this as a 2500 piece jig-saw puzzle? and I know a few people that I'd give this to Great capture
I can hear the rustle of those leaves as I walk along the path. Lovely! Your filter work gives this something special. As a member of the BH club myself, I'm especially thankful at this time of the year that Bill does all the shopping. yay! :)
Lovely capture and colours, you have some nice tree's there.
Totally lovely capture!
Two fantastic captures and the leaf covered paths are so beautiful!
