Description
Scotland, Cairngorms
Up the hill moor it was ice cold and there was such a wind I couldn't get up another hill. And what could I shoot there? all was empty and flat. And that day a lot of tourists were exploring around, so we left that place soon.

Wild and bleak. Lovely shot.
It does have that feeling of cold, or maybe it just touches a nerve with me. Perhaps because my hat blew off today in a sudden gust, and I had to get it back because it cannot be replaced...I had to trudge through snow two feet deep in the field for a hundred feet or more which nearly exhausted my old legs, but I got the hat!
without the snow the words fit perfect! ;o) rememberes me of my father when I was a child! the wind blows his hat away and I had to catch it and was so ashamed about this g

I´ve spent many a cold, wet days & nights there Training when I was a Young lad in the Army. God how I hated it. I´ve been back a few times since then and had some excellent walks and really enjoyed the view. Super shot !!!!!!!
right, with the perfect weather and no tourist it could be amazing to walk around, there were a lot of hike pathes!
