Tigertim (Martin) got me to thinking about that SHADO outfit with a couple of his last posts..
I knew it was hiding in my runtimes somewhere, and I hadn't played with it in a long time... I managed to get it to fit Arawen a couple times, but getting it to fit G4 was next to impossible - at least prior to Poser Pro 2014. So I got to wondering if I could get it to fit a few different figures.. Hence the image before you.
As you can see, it fits nicely to G4, Ranpha, and Ar. This was done using only the new and vastly improved morph brush. I tried the fitting room, and it worked pretty well fitting the SHADO bodysuit - but ONLY on the zeroed pose. Some items have "rogue" polygons that don't seem to play well in the fitting room, and this is one of them. After fitting, when I posed any of the girls with their arms down, these weird polys formed "spikes" that came off the backs of the arms, and stuck 2 to 3 feet (virtual feet) into the air.
When I used the morph brush, I had no such problems. For G4 and Rapha, I had to size the body of the suit accordingly - I had to size it down to around 88% for Dan's little doll, Ranpha. I had to do a bit of loosening here and there to fit it to G4 - she has more curves than 10 miles of bad road - but it fits her like a glove.
Feeling a need to drive myself even more looney, I decided to give it a try on Dawn, and G6... Forgetaboutit....
I finally resorted to the material room for both Dawn's and G6's bodysuits - which are basically second skins.
I love both Dawn and Genesis 2, but I think Vicky 4 will be with us for a loooong time. :-D
Soooooo, Martin... For inspiring me to drive myself slowly mad - and having a heck of a good time doing it - I dedicate this one to you, mate! Watch out for those Hobbits and Dwarves (and Dragons) over there in Middle Earth!
I'm finally off this go-round of zombie shift. I don't know why, but I'm having a b###h of a time getting my body clock regulated back to a semi-normal sleep cycle. I think I've had 3 - 4 hours' sleep in the last 48 hours... Bleah. Things may be changing soon - they're having a conference call Monday morning, and there's supposed to be a "major announcement." We shall see...

Looking at these lovely ladies, I have decided that they should be on my side. besides, Queen Zlata the Gentle loves them excellent work Rod it's a good thing you're off the ZS. I'd hate to have to put a bolt through you....LOL
LOL, Brilliant, Rod, thanks heaps for the dedi. and a majorly large hats off to you too... those SHADO suits are a bear to fit to anything other than a stock V4, so find them in sizes suitable to fit Ranpha and G4 would have been a serious mission.. Great ot see the girls line up too, didn't realise Ranpha was such a pocket rocket!!.. reminds of a girl I once knew.... give R blond hair and she'd be close....pleasant memories. Excellent backdrop too! Glad to see you have finished Zombie shift for now.. some degree of normality resumed?

WOW! Cool work with Rod. Sounds like quite a bit of work. The girls look super hot though. Great lighting in this. Love that environment too. I haven't played with the morph tool. I really need to do that. I HAVE tried the fitting room and didn't care much for the lack of results. Glad to hear you're off zombie shift. Sucks that your internal clock gets so messed up like that. Sure doesn't have a positive effect on productivity I'm sure. I certainly hope the big announcement is GOOD news for you not bad. Awesome work as always buddy.
Awesome job with the suit... you really dove into this. Big pat on the back for the achievement man. Now relax and let that clock reset, it sucks to have your inner timer all &^%ed up. Best wishes on the announcement as well.

Nice job fitting the same outfit to such different bodies! Your obsessive tweaking (oops! I mean hard work and dedication, of course!) really pays off! :) The results you get are outstanding. Maybe they'll offer anyone over 60 an "early out" and a year's separation bonus. :D (You never know!)
