Very nice ! Henri Cassiers was one of the major artist here in Belgium doing automotive illustrations at that time. I have one of the first ads for the Minerva motorcycles - also a scene in Holland BTW... :0) Peter

This really is a WONDERFUL poster and photo, dear Chris! Prachtig om te bewonderen deze schitterende prent, lieve Chris! (als ik je zo mag noemen ;-0)?) Dank voor de link, ik heb gekeken op de klederdrachten, zo'n knap schilderwerk. Wat ik zo leuk vind is, dat ik de Zeeuwse klederdracht herken . Mijn vader was een Zeeuw, het gezin verhuisde destijds naar de provincie Limburg (N.L.), maar mijn opoe bleef altijd de Zeeuwse klederdracht dragen, en was een bezienswaardigheid hier in Zuid Limburg. Sowieso was ze een markant persoon.
