Description
Possibly the ugliest piece of work i have created and that was the intention. Behind see the innocent childlike drawing destroyed by the corrosive rust of society conveying the need for children to be forced to grow up too soon and take on the responsibilities of adulthood ultimately creates this scenario. It was Picasso who once said that it had taken him four years to paint like Raphael but a lifetime to paint like a child. Yet here the rust and decay is the corruption of the innocent and the childlike drawing behind is the innocents with it’s colour pulled out of it... a childlike drawing of family members. The scenarios could be many in the world we now live.

Well done!
It works well.
Fantastic work !
Very nice Mark spoken about the topic. I love the colors you used, but yes, I see what you mean, and I totally agree with your words. The youth has no time to be allowed to be a child, and be aware of it.
