This shot was taken on the northern most point of Loch Gare on the Firth of Clyde, just North of the Faslane Submarine base. Argyll & Bute, Scotland

interesting to see this side! I only saw the opposite, Loch Lomond! and is this the only loch with the title loch behind the name (Gare Loch)? fine weather view onto the waterside! ;o)
You are so right Rita it is Gareloch although it can also be Loch Gare which is not as common :)
