Description
This was inspired by a lake around 30 mins drive from where I live, lots of water birds there over the summer months.
This uses Carrara Realistic Seas and tree and grass from An English Village.
Thanks for stopping by!

Splendid work!
i thought it was a photo! well done.
Very serene. I like the sun through the leaves too. Great work.
Such a beautiful scene, Superb job!
Again, another Carrara render that I thought was from Vue!
Wow Philw, blown away by how realistic this was! I already knew you were a master of human portraiture, but didn't realize that you were also one of the elite masters of realism in Carrara landscapes too (move over Patrick Tuten and Howie Farkes, lol) Is it my imagination, or are the leaves actually slightly-transparent? Looks like some measure of SSS of the sunlight filtering through. Just a perfect vision of a scene, outstanding!
Not SSS but there is some translucency set on the leaves. Thanks for your comment!
Came out nice! The foliage makes it work really well.
Almost photographic. Very well done
You nailed the leaves here.
