Description
At the pedestrian crossing in my road.
Deeply unpopular with some motorists, but since the installation of two of these crossings and a refuge in the centre of the road near my house we had had no more pedestrian deaths.

Spectacular shot!
Super shot Andrea.
Very nice POV
Superb shot and title! It looks big enough to stop that truck!
Awesome POV !!!!!!!!!!
Would not like to get caught up in this, you are game taking that. great.
Ah, what a tangled web that would be after impact.
No MORE pedestrian deaths. God it must be a busy road.
My heart skips a beat if I walk through a spider web. It's a 'GET IT OFF ME' moment!
Thanks - I needed a good laugh this AM... great capture & caption!
Lol @ Andrew i am the same way after having run into one and it walking down my face egads people thought i had lost it for a moment anyway this is a fantastic capture.
Great title and shot, I walked through one yesterday and spent 5 minutes trying to get it all off my face ! LOL
HAHAHA! THat is so Hilarious, Andrea :) Love this brill shot and the title. :-)))
BTW ! It happens here all the time. Especially because we have a narrow yard between the house and the sheds. Spiders Love to build webs there :) I am so grateful, that I am not afraid of spiders :) But I really hate lazy spiders, who dont bother dropping the rest of their meals, so they still hang in the web. THAT is YUCKY !
Wonderful capture and great POV! and the cool thing about Speed Traps like this is that the Spider gets to keep what she traps. love the other comments
superb Andrea, loved your Owls
WOW, fantastic capture!!
Wonderful capture! :)
Wow, English cops are tough! Violators will be wrapped in silk and eaten. Two brilliant images perfect for Halloween.
Through a spider web darkly. Great lighting effects in this pic of the pedestrian killer, A.
What an amazingly lovely web! It looks huge enough to trap that van...
It would have been so cool if the truck had been in the web!!! Excellent capture on the FlickR side and a beautiful well fed spider.
Time the motorists learned that roads are for people too!
Superb capture Andrea. God bless.
