Description
please enjoy the rest of the week. felt strange being at home today after working for the last month. still bumed i did not get that position.
i got screwed twice last week, one not getting the job and the other, on thursday i had found a carry bag in the road up the street from where i worked. later that afternoon when my boss and i got back from taking the truck in for service, the seekers of the lost item just happened on being there looking for anyone who might have found it. i guess they went to every business on the street.
good timing on getting back at the moment. well anyway what i found was a device that takes pictures of a drill during underground drilling. they said it was the heart of their business and was impossible for them too work without it. the one guy was so happy that he had it back, turns out it was worth $ 9.000, even though i don't drink beer, he offered to bring a case of beer for me on friday. guess what? never showed.. crap! he could have given me $20.00 and i would have been happier, well at least i was honest and they got it back/ lol Steve
thanks for the views, comments, faves, time and your friendships one and all..

A sweet innocent Halloween image, nicely done. Must be a Cheapskate company, I've worked for a Wireline Well Services Company(Dresser Atlas)way back in the late 70s, the Standard reward for the return of lost Tools was $1,200 flat. Peace

That little mouse is so cute, it's no wonder why he is upset! All those big frightening things arround him and probably he doesn't understand what it is supposed to be.Poor little thing. It's lovely that this beautiful girl takes care of him so that the black cat cann't catch him and I can sleep peaceful tonight, Thanks my friend! ;-) Gr.Rudy.
Wonderful lil witch. Hey, you did the right thing and Karma comes around. Way to go on the render and the honor in your soul.
Honesty has to be its own reward in this case. Still, $20 or a case of beer would have been nice.
