Actually, I think the lighting is right on the money, Seth. It perfectly communicates the mood of this work - it's beautiful, romantic, sad, and haunting all at the same time. Getting all those emotions into one work is the handwork of a true artist, bro!

Love this! I really like images that tell a story, and this does. The lighting is great, IMHO. Ghostly for the man and spot on the grieving young girl. She's lovely -- great hair and clothing. I'll say again, your images should be book covers! :-)
