Description
Many gorgeous hood ornaments found in Reno's National Automobile Museum. This one appears to be a speedy greyhound and adorns the radiator cap of a 1932 Lincoln. More of these to come:)

Wow! What a great job with such a difficult subject - small size, silvered, lighting, reflections and yet you got the detail so nicely! Excellent work! You place as a professional photographer in my eyes! I do recall seeing the occasional grey hound when I was a child. Then came the 1960s when people started stealing these off the cars. Quite sad. Now you have me looking forward to more of these beautiful rarities! Keep up the good work! :-)

Apparently these are now banned in the UK because of the danger of a collision with a pedestrian. H & S gone mad.

This is just gorgeous. I remember my grandmother's Pontiac with the Indian hood ornament; they just don't make em like that anymore. What a loss.
