Description
This is a very small owl, about 20 cm.
As you can see his head is rather large, compared to the narrow body.
If you look even better (on zoom), you can see my head in both pupils of his eyes.
It is to the left of the face of a man (which you can see a bit better).
Isn't (s)he cute? I just love its red orange eyes,
but I'm glad mine are not in the same color. ;-)
Dutch: Witgezicht Dwergooruil.
Thank you very much for your look!

What a cool capture of this adorable little owl. Nicely done Mies
I see you. Yes they are lovely to see and to have around too as they kill the mice. Israel was having a bad time with field mice and they try Poison but that not good for the land and all and then they started getting barn owls and they was doing a good job on the mice. But the Muslims thought if was bad to see them as they thought it was death if they see the so they was killing them. The Israel have to teach and show they neighbors what going on and teach them it not bad luck.
Wow..I like the way you put your face on his lovely eyes..brilliant capture Mies .

I can see you back there and beautiful orange eyes - I like the facial feathers - sort of like a mustache.
