By heck!!! Rosy The Riveter earned her money on that one :-) and you get a gold star for another fascinating capture..Had to chuckle at ' IN PLANE VIEW ', could have been put there just for you. Now then, 64" long, 70lbs and 1 of 6......too small for .50 cals, could be 30's though...did this plane have turrets??...whatever, another fascinating view through your camera lense... I love the contrast between your 'small' incomplete 'snippet' and Bill's huge yet equally incomplete 'Spruce Goose', marvelous stuff....MORE PLEASE!!!!
Oh my; this is so wonderful! The lines of rivets are crystal sharp, and the reflections of the crates are so soft as they follow the lines of the flat metal; trust you to spot this shot and get it so perfectly. Well done!

Well done. I like the reflections most of all. The uncertainty of what I am looking at makes this even more appealing. We have our own 'Rosie the Riveter' working for Boeing here in Long Beach. She started out in 1942 and, at 93, is still at it.

By golly that IS a crate - it even says so on the side.... LOL! As always a fun capture, Tara! You're always seeing - and photographing - those wonderful little details most of us don't even notice. Brilliant!
So nice and shiney, talking about the riveting fuselage - but the reflections really freak me out, I can't help it, but they do look like coffins to me ... am I the only one, who sees this ? BB
