Description
I hope you enjoy this as much as I did:
some notes about this shot:
during the 9 days we were there, we were treated to sights like this. Until the last day, Sunday, 15 September when we finally got some rain - as we were leaving the area

You were lucky to have missed this rain, nothing quite so cold as a damp morning in the forest. Beautiful shot Mike.
You were blessed with great weather. And those woods are VERY thick!
Look nice and cold Brrrr for me ((5++))
What a lovely capture this one is, Mike. I can tell you enjoyed your time in the woods a lot.
a wonderful shot; sunlight through the trees is always so calming to me.

Fantastic forest shot! Well done!
8 days, no rain, very cool.
What a thicket, the sun is like a light at the end of the tunnel. Cool capture!
The forest primeval, untouched by human hands. A light in the darkness. Nice effect. I like the story it tells. You sure it was the sun and not Fae Folk sending you a message?

A gorgeous shot, Mike! Love the sun peeking through the trees. Sounds like your timing was perfect! :-D
Looks like VERY thick woods out there. No wonder Sasquatch can hide so well. ;-)
