Description
I still have a stack of crayon scribblings from my latest stay in the looney-bin. Some are of the staff. Some are of the clients. Some are visitors. Some are of things I think only I saw...
Anyway, this is of a girl I met that used to sit and stare at me as I drew in therapy. I think she had Daddy issues.
I did do some more work on this with colored pencils to give it more detail. You don't get very good detail with stumpy sticks of colored wax, but they won't let us have pencils or pens. They are afraid we will/would hurt someone/ourselves.
Thank you for looking and for any comments you may have. I am trying improve.

Well done!
i don't know how you capture personality like this, it's really impressive.
Remarkable artwork, love the pretty colors, the girl is sweetly lovely and her expression compelling. I used to be terrified of going insane. I once teetered on the edge of my mind as on the razor edge of a precipice, the black abyss of insanity yawning below. I swayed, I cried out in anguish to my God and He heard me, reached out His hands and caught me, held me up straight in my mind ... since that day I have not had that fear anymore ... "For God did not give us a spirit of timidity (of cowardice, of craven and cringing and fawning fear), but [He has given us a spirit] of power and of love and of calm and well-balanced mind and discipline and self-control." ~ 2 Timothy 1:7
I pick this as a fave also, and love the simplicity of presentation
