Description
I am still on the "dunes" beach, enjoying the setting sun.
I wanted to try something different, so I used my star filter, I thought it turned out cool. I ended up with 2 shots I liked.
I have to remember to write down exactly what i used/did, when I do this so I can duplicate it later or make changes... I think I used my polarizing filter and the star filter together. i know I used two filters, it may have been my ND, but I am almost certain it was the polarizing.
Thanks for stopping by and your generous comments. You make my day :)
Hugs,
~Melinda~

Superb capture. God bless.
Your camera could probably handle the shot without an ND but it doesn’t hurt. I never used a star filter before – great result!
beautiful !
ND=Neutral density. Cool sepia image, Melinda. It takes a while to perfect the use of filters in photography. Funny thing is, I had much more success using star filters on my old film Pentax than on my current digital SLR.
Impressive capture .........
