Description
The beautiful Sapphire likes to stroll with her little friend through the streets of Asia. She fits right in, don't you think?
Well, Saturday I go to the doctor to get checked again to see if I am healed enough to ride. I won't be riding my horse. I am sad to say he is for sale. I will be buying a horse that is not so young and frisky that he takes off at a full gallop for no real reason. These young teenagers have no problem with him. I guess my reactions are now too slow to stop him before its too late. When I was young I rode everything, bucking whatever. Guess that's what old age does to you. Slows you down. I feel real bad about it, but in three months I got four concussions and broken bones. My husband thinks I should quit riding but I'm not ready to. I know there is a horse out there that needs a good home and is right for me.

This is gorgeous Sherrie. Getting older can make us change in ways we don't think could possibly happen to us. But that is why we do so many stupid and daring things when we are young.

Very cute, and love the cat too!. Shame about your young horse, but then that is a height to be thrown from, and we don't bounce as easily as we did in our youth. Great to see you are determined to keep riding though, once you find a horse with a more demure temperament!

Beautiful outfit and render, Sherrie! Well, we don't have to 'believe' we're getting old, but we do need to realize that our bodies are not what they used to be and their limitations. Best of luck finding yourself a kinder, gentler mount!
