Description
There must be a million formations called "Chimney Rock." Personally, I thought it was more Darth Vader-like than something resembling a chimney, but they probably named it a long time ago.
This is interesting because Wingate sits on top of Moenkopi with no Chinle in between. If you don't think that's interesting, just trust me, okay? It's pretty odd!

Local rock hounds years ago combed these parts for fossils, rocks and minerals. The wild west days are over now, look but don't touch!
