I hope you do not mind?
Here's a poem for your 71st birthday, with my wishes for you.
It does not rhyme in the English translation,
hence I place it first in Dutch wording.
And underneath it the English translation,
as well as I have the possibilities to do this right.
Also, I hope the picture is well chosen at the poem,
haha, or vice versa?

Een kleurrijk leven
is aan ons gegeven
ook met wat tranen
in het dal
toch behoren ook deze druppels
bij een soort van bevrijding
die ons leven
bemoedigen zal.
Voor onze vriend
hier voor velen
welke zo'n mooie galerij
met ons wil delen
hoop ik op
een steeds mooier
gekleurd welbevinden
waarin de jaren niet tellen
en met bijzondere
en warme metgezellen.
Alle liefs voor Dana
welke ik
in vele opzichten
zeer
waardeer.
