Description
Late April, somewhere in the mountains of southern Colorado.
A lucky shot out the side window of the motorhome as we were driving along. I was enjoying the river, and the cyclist was a bonus. :)

Yes, people in a scene, makes a more alive picture. This reminds me of the "Easter Walk" from old Goethe's "Faust". "From ice freed are stream and brook ...." Wonderful capture, Tara!

Colorado and Utah have created some great bile paths in recent years. From what I can see I am guessing somewhere from I-70 south. But it could be on the east slope near Fort Collins too on the road from Rocky Mountain National Park. Just a guess maybe it will jog your memory lol!
There is a dreamlike quality to this which I find very attractive..

What a beautiful scene! There are definite benefits to being the passenger and not the driver. And since you take your home with you, does that make you two turtles or snails? Or hermit crabs?

Definitely a bonus, having the cyclist in the foreground - but how about all that driftwood in the centre ? PS - having just seen an "awesome desert special" - which Jeff (jayfar) send me, I will pass it on and hope that you haven't seen it before. ;P BB
