Description
living together in perfect harmony, side by side ... or in this case, Gulls &Terns ;)
~A HAPPY BIRTHDAY WISH~ for a 'Gentlemen and a Scholar'
(remember, The Catcher in the Rye?)
no, it's more like - here at Renderosity - and no other than Dana or 'Danapommet' as known to us ! ;P
Have a wonderful and memorable day my friend ...
I picked this photo as symbolic, for while half the world is asleep (Seagulls!) and the other half (Terns!) is living it up here in Down-under, just like these birds at Kirra Beach, Gold Coast 'Oztralia' ...
BTW you are sharing this birthday with Nancy - remember 'npauling' ? she is a lovely Lady and very well, her birthday is almost over, living in New Zealand, while yours is only just starting - LOL ...
Enjoy and three big cheers from Brigitte & Jeff
(p.s. will explain later to you, why I haven't been around for awhile)

Nicely done Brigitte! :~)
Thank you very much for remembering and for the birthday dedication - the big 71 - time to change the 1964 avatar. :o) The turns and the gulls don't mix that well up here. I get the Ebony & Ivory in this beautiful capture. I did send a birthday greeting to Nancy P first thing this morning. Thanks again!
I bet the hair gel salesmen would go ape with those Terns and probably Dana as well ! LOL I like how this mixed group forms an arrow like shape and forces your eye to the top right...kool stuff BB ! Hippy Burfday 4 Dana & ~Cheers~
Another title could be 'Squares and Hipsters'. I'll let you guess which ones are the hipsters. A great image and dedication for Dana nonetheless.
Great shot, and my best wishes also go out to Dana on his 71st!
Such a lovely group this is for our friend Dana. The colors are fantastic, and zoom is a must. I like how the heads from almost each gull is in an other position, it makes the photo such more lively, dear Brigitchen! All the best wishes for Dana, Nancy, as well for you, my dear friend. And take it easy, all will be fine, I hope soon for you ♥. Hugs to all of you ;-)
I notice the gulls like to sleep while the terns watch on. They look so relaxed. nice shot.
Great capture!! A fine day at the beach.. :o)
A strong seagull-concert to birthday! A wonderful idea! Class capture. You were not here long. I hope it's all okay?
