Description
Hope your day is great, but you better get help to blow out all those candles!!!
This is the hill just behind the beach where I walk so often. I loved how the power line (which seems to be all by itself...hmmm) follows the contour of the land.

Very moody atmospheric feel to this landscape. The power line makes me realise the scale.
It looks so soft in this lighting. As d.beachbum said, "very moody atmospheric feel". And Happy Birthday Chip.
Almost seems like the power comes up from the ground and passes overtop some hidden danger, then retreats back into underground cables.
LOVE the light!! This is great. :)
I remember this place. Happy Birthday Chip! Aloha
A stunning view; and I have a feeling there must be more to that lonely power line than meets the eye! Maybe it picks up rays from the atmosphere and transmits them below ground to a colony of extraterrestrials who live under there? If so, clever of you to have sussed them out, eh? Wonderful shot and dedi...
I have not heard from chip for a month - a beautiful birthday dedi and I hope he is well!
great capture!
