Description
Sometimes, you just need to turn on that Carrara coolness and make a new computer wallpaper.
That's all there is to this image.

And that's all there needs to be.
While I long ago got burned out on Enterprise shots, I must say that this is really nice. The textures on the model are excellent and the settings were just right for this render. I work with Carrara a lot, so I know there was some skill involved in setting what appears to be something simple up to render so well.
Excellent stuff.
Excellent!
Pretty amazing. Did you create the model in Carrara as well?
I did create the model. If you're curious, check out issue 10 do Carrara 3D Expo magazine. There's an article all about the model creation.
Great work!
