Description
My son and daughter-in-law came to visit and go to the shops for me as I am a bit poorly at the mo.
I haven't taken any pics for a couple of days my amazing emergency meds have made me very much better so I took a few today.
This is Mark in a familiar pose.

A great portrait of this relaxed sitter! So sorry to hear you have had to go for emergency meds. I hope they clear you up quickly back to health. Please don't try to rush back to doing everything straight away. Pick up the pace gradually or you can easily overdo it. Then end up stuck in again. So do it slow and steady and clear it up in one! The sea will be warming up to swimming temperature in the next few months!!!

Excellent portrait, I thought "Kipping" was his last name for a minute...DOH! I must be getting senile! And sometimes the body will not be silenced, that's why God made medicines...take it easy on yourself and let it come back as it will, forcing won't help you at all.

A very fine portrait but I always like anything with Ralph in it. Stay warm and dry. Chicken soup! And hot toddies. Tea and honey and rum. It probably won't make you any better but after a few you won't care. Take care and get well soon.
