Great macro
they always fascinate me in the stages leading up to the grand opening, lovely shot
Hehe!! Flaming indeed, dark and gloomy again here today, another summer we are cheated out of.
Fantastic capture!!
Lovely, we have had heavy rain!!!
Fantastic macro...
very interesting "beginning" :)
looks nice with the drops.
Amazing shot! The hairy lobes look like they are chewing the water at the top, with 3 jaws!
WONDERFUL IMAGE!
An unparalleled macro, Andrea.
Absolutely wonderful! I love those drops!
Superb macro. I have never seen them in this stage.
Marvelous close-up !
I'm always tickled by the fact that one expects them to open from the top, and then the bottom bit separates and forms a cap over the new blossom. It happens every time, but somehow I'm enchanted each and every time. :) This is a lovely shot with the drops and the little hairs ... VERY nice!
A lovely photo of this rain drenched, hairy poppy. I hope we get to see it when it opens!
Superb details!
Oh this stimulates my imagination total, and what a fantastic picture, Andrea. The amount of possibilities what this might be, are legion. Everything except a Poppy Bud! :D
Beautiful textured poppy bud. Nicely done
Excellent image like the water droplets hugs susan
