Description
If looks could kill!
This cat lives in a gated place on my VERY busy Avenue, which is a main road and the scene of many many animal deaths over the years.
But it survives still, and I have seen it following the owner round the block when he walks his dog.
I managed to get this photo with all four dogs in the other hand, before all hell was let loose and discretion got the better of him!

Superb capture Andrea. God bless.
Great capture He looks like he is a well fed cat that is for sure..........in fact could probably stand to lose a few pounds.......... Has such a pretty face and eyes... Love that butterscotch color So sad looking peering thu the gates.........:( Hugs Susan
I've always loved the way cats faces can be so expressive. Excellent shot. :-)
What a pretty kitty love this shot girl.
Great capture!
behind bars and yet free.Great picture!!!
Great capture Andrea looks like he enjoys the occasional stare-down
Looks as if he is in prison but if the road is so dangerous to animals it would be no bad thing for him to stay where he is, hope he doesn't use up his nine lives too quickly.Cute
It must have given your four the real hex, nice looking cat though.
cool !!!
Beautiful cat !
Very intense gaze - great capture. One of our cats has a tendency to follow us when we go down our driveway to the road for a walk, which could be dangerous for him due to cars, so we try to put him in the house before we walk down...
He is ready for action, handsome puss cat!!
Lovely big cat
Cats and dogs make for great entertainment together! LOL! My brother has two cats, and the female loves to taunt Mandy when we go over there. I know this look! :P
WONDERFUL CAT
He a big looking cat and beautiful colours, we used to have a cat that went walks with us It must have been a funny sight with a big Springer crashing through the hedges and a cat walking along side.
A hex means a curse and I'm trying to see the connection. Otherwise, a superlative capture of the gruff, grumpy and definitely obese feline, Andrea, much too wide to fit between those bars. I suppose it could squeeze through if it tried. It looks pampered. I bet Ralphie wanted to make short work of it.
What a wonderful portrait of this fat furry fellow! Brave of him to confront your pack of beasts for as long as he did...
fat cat for sure. cool looking
Lovely portrait. He is alert but knows he is safe behind those bars. When I was in college my roommate and I had a little grey female tabby cat. Our backyard backed up to the neighbor's yard behind us separated by a wooden fence. One day we heard hysterical barking. Our kitchen window looked out over the neighbor's yard. And there was our neighbor's dog, desperately straining against the chain that held him. And sitting in front of this frantic dog, inches away from his face, was our little tabby calmly watching the show. I expect you had a similar experience. Sometimes cats can be such little bastards.
What a beautiful and well fed cat. Well done capturing him with four dogs in the string. !! You are good :)))
To me he looks a bit scared or at least apprehensive.
Very cool image...
A fat cat indeed and I had to laugh as I imagined four dogs in one hand and Tizzy 3 in the other. :o)
Oh my, I am giggling. The vision of you with the dogs on leash in one hand and Tizzy in the other ... and the cat just sitting there ... You did get a wonderful shot of this gorgeous fat cat!
