Description

While up in Portland recently, we visited one of the city's demonstration gardens which my daughter-in-law runs. She is a Master Gardener (that's an official certification program run by Oregon State University) & puts in a lot of time training volunteers to grow crops there (as well as doing classroom teaching). I took a bunch of photos while there of odd little things that caught my attention, some of which I postworked to the point of extreme abstraction. This one is still recognizable - just a tangle of leaves whose shapes appealed to me. I haven't been browsing the galleries very much the last few days due to the terrible response time on the site. Seems to be a little better tonight though... Please zoom
