Description
Oh my gosh, I can't believe I haven't been here since last November! Time flies. Things changed around here it looks like as well. wow. I've missed this place for sure!
In case you are interested, I am well. I have been running a lot. I am training for a 5k (my first ever). If that goes well, I am considering a half marathon later in the year. 2 years ago, or even 1 year ago, I never would have thought it possible :P Yet here I am. :)
I am still taking photos, but I haven't made much time to do something with them. I am trying to change that, as I miss my artistic outlet.
I've been inspired by spring. The yard is coming alive. I am fascinated with these lilies and I am still trying to get "that" photo. The white, the shape, etc. just haven't found what I want and how to get it. I keep trying.
Well , I hope you are all well. I'll TRY to get here more often.
Hugs,
~Melinda~

Superb and mesmorizing.......
Amazing and beautiful !!!
My goodness, you've been away for so long I barely remember your name........Melinda, right? And, I will take a wild guess and say this is a calla lily that you snapped the deep throat of. Stellar effects all the way around.
Hey Melinda! This is BEAUTIFUL ... love the softness and swirl and tenderness. Love it. But hey, Let's get back into the fun huh ??? :)
Beautiful lighting.
don't bury your artist, this is very nice !!
This can be described in one word: Beautiful. Okay, "elegant" comes to mind as well. It's like you're channeling Georgia O'Keefe, not copying her, but simply seeing the world in these visual terms. There's an undeniable sort of comfort to this image and I love it.
This looks amazing!
Fantastic abstract – very well done!!!
