Description
while I would love to believe that spring is here, or almost here....I live in Washington and so the weather can turn in just mere minutes from a nice, pleasant day to something from a horror novel (Stark & dormy nights)
so I grab the shots of what I can when I can...
I wish everyone a great Wednesday
Thanks for all the comments and faves.
Have you noticed a severe decline in comments and faves lately?

can't wait, can't wait, can't wait, pretty colors Mike. nice capture my friend.
Fab, Mike! An excellent capture!
Superb capture my friend. The leaves of the trees have its autumn colors here in Pretoria now. First of April it is officially winter here. God Bless.

Beautiful capture, Mike! I whas tjhinking of Snoopy's novel ("It was a dark and stormy night....") LOL
i am so ready for spring, it's 33 degrees here right now and it has a long ways to go for the projected 65-70 for friday then guess what come monday cold again and snow! gee go figure! excellent capture of these beautiful flowers and yes i've noticed a lot of no posts, less comments and faves but hell i was having problems and couldn't even send a comment! nuff said that's my rant and i'm sticking with it!;p*5
These are so pretty Mike! Crocus are supposed to mean spring...right? CO is much the same with the weather. It'll be snowing one day and so warm the next it melts it all. Yeah, some decline noticed here as well. Not that I ever got a whole lot anyway. Whatever :D
One more week. Pretty purple flowers. They seem determined to force the issue, "Here comes Spring, ready or not!"
Really nioce at the zoom level Mike. I'm ready for buds and blooms!
Great capture of the purple flowers Mike. We are having drought conditions here in New Zealand's North Island, most districts have been declared in drought, farmers are running out of hay and have used their winter stock. We need some rain as many of us in the country are running out of water in the water tanks. They say we should have some rain on Sunday so here is hoping for those that need it.. I'm loving the heat though, I hate the cold.
Super shot Mike, winters last gasp is definately taking place here in good 'ol blighty! Yes I have noticed a most reticent audience (so-to-speak) it's like folks are fed up with "certain things". Maybe it is just the weather and not "Certain Things". Who knows? I must admit I still struggle with this daft download limit here. Maybe comments will burst forth into blossoming life as spring develops? ...then again ......
yeah here in europe the winter came back big time, germany frankfurt airport closed etc..........
Always nice to see the crocus out and about Mike.
You seem to still be garnering most of the comments anyway...with nice shots like this, LOL! I do notice that fewer people are posting images. There used to be 5 or 6 pages of new stuff to the Photography Gallery every day, now it is typically 2 pages. So that accounts for some of the decline. I think the problem is more a function of how slow the site is. I post a comment and it takes forever to get back to where I was on the gallery page. That is INJURY to me. Then, there is this blasted tiny box...this is INSULT added to injury! I can only allow myself so much time on Renderosity because I have a life...I think. If the site operated with better response I would probably post double the comments! Perhaps the cost of speed is too dear, I have no idea.
lovely, wish spring was here
Wonderful capture Mike, love it!!!
Spring is here it`s -5 here in the UK.. COOL photo

Hummmm...... I was thinking i was sick lol ???You see this too? Some of our friends forgot a lot : rathing Favorite and lower their comment on .. May be the temperature affect their mind lol?? A friend suppose to be a part of you? anyway be safe and put smiles in your heart ((5++))
Fantastic shot, very well done!
Great image as always - woo hoo! Good to see some signs of better weather as I will be there in a few weeks visiting from very hot Oz
Very beautiful image. Blossums are poping out here as well, but as you said, the weather could change without notice.
Nice shot Mike... just as the snow and ice were almost gone here, we got dumped on yesterday. Another 4-5 inches fell. Yep, I have noticed the slow down both in posting and commenting.
GREAT shot Mike! I cant wait to se the flowers here (we still have over four inches of snow in places)...in my flower bed to be exact LOL
Beautiful shot Mike!
