This plane was the first one that I dreamed to fly when I was a kid, in fact the only 10 I had in drawing was a Flying tiger's drawing! Thanks for so beautiful image!
Great paint job!
Wonderful captures Andrew.
Great shots!
Nice capture of this plane. Aloha
Superb capture my friend. God Bless.
Nice old war bird
What a shark of a plane lol great capture of this one i like it.
Very beautiful captures
Great shot on landing...flaps down, engine throttled back, tires just giving that little chirp and the big Allison rumbling and popping ready to go again at a moments notice. This Kittyhawk looks in grand shape as does your sharp, crisp photos!
Another awesome air plane Andrew & great photo!
When I first read your title, I thought it would be something about the Wright Brothers. Excellent capture.
Great capture-I wonder if the pilot's of the enemy aircraft managed to see the shark face when it flew toward's them?
I believe a certain aviation modeller on this site has one of these in production so expect to see a render of this RNZAF one soon.
That's a must see all right! Re seeing the grinning teeth. Probably the other pilot was too busy flying, or trying to catch up as the P40 dived away at speed.
Mmmmm? I wonder who that would be lol What a SWEET looking aircraft, I love the colour scheme Nice one mate.. Rob
Two great shots on this old classic!
