Beautiful light on the subject.

Veyr cool capture Love how moss just 'appears'
wonderfully captured
You have a mission now Andrea to see how this develops!!
Gorgeous! I tried to capture some of this at the zoo, but the rain was making it very difficult. You did well!
i love the explosion of life out of a seemingly barren backdrop
So beautiful in the light!
Wonderful colours, light and details. Fantastic shot!!
So lovely.
OH! That is indeed very lovely... I have a pioneer in my filed too :)
nice little plants, great lighting!
Stunning capture Andrea. God Bless.
A nice clump of moss, I've not seen this one before.
There is one Billy No Mates to the right :o)
It's amazing where moss can thrive - nevermind just survive! Super capture Andrea!
Jaw-dropping backlighting, contrast and texture in this keen kapture, A.
AMAZING IMAGE!
Niceeeee:)
It gives the place life... Nice find. Aloha
Oh well, there goes the neighborhood. Nicely shaped leaves and beautiful back lighting. I like how an annex has taken hold at lower right.
Great start...until the first sheep comes along, LOL!
so wonderful photo - like it much
Amazing with this light, must be seen on zoom; with all the drops and also a spider have left something here. The mosses looks like they are dancing full of joy in that light.
Great capture Hugs Susan~
The amazing thing is that little clump of moss will catch dust and dirt out of the air and will grow even bigger. Some very nice lichen in the background too.
This is marvelous! A brand new colony captured in it's infancy!
