Description
Another shot in Bryce Canyon using the tree I featured a few postings ago.
You can see that erosion is taking place all the time and that this tree will soon be dead or not there at all.

very beautiful Jeff. I recall this tree
An oops moment! in the greater scale...
Beautiful shot and explanation of the erosion. Nature is still a mistery and leave us sometimes without any plausable explanations. This tree as you said will most likely not stay there for much longer...
Nice shot - and a strange name!
Simply beautiful.
I beautiful image Jeff and a shame about the tree.
So amazing beautiful, Jeff! The tree roots seems to go hiking out of your photo. And I just love that deep canyon with all the textures and colors.
wow look at the roots of that tree holding on for dear life. this place is so lovely
Wonderful image, Jeff.
Beautiful capture!
Superb capture, clarity and lighting. It really depends on how deep it's tap root goes.
I think I remember this tree too. It looked like it was barely holding on then! Great shot Jeff!
Marvellous view. Its like thousands of ruins. And I love the pine :)
I recall too, this tree. Wonderful park.

What a gorgeous place ... I'm looking forward to getting there!
The X games for trees:) I can't wait to get down there in April!
Isn't nature amazing the way it can hold on for dear life in spite of all the odds.
Lovely scene!
Superb capture my friend. God Bless.
A stunning view! That tree makes the picture I think, a central point.. Amazing rocks.. So much to look at.. Rob

Gorgeous!
It's amazing the way life hangs on. It would be interesting to see a time lapse video of the tree from its beginnings until now. It's very beautiful with its roots snaking out and grabbing hold. Excellent capture! Beautiful detail, color, and light.
