Cyber-psychosis - the mental state where too much artificial replacement and augmentation strips away the subject's "humanity". In extreme cases this can lead to a mental snap which results in a violent, derranged, psychopath... with the unstoppable body of a tank! Special police units have since had to be created to deal with this pheneomenon - the Cyber-Psycho Squad. Usual weapons deployed include grenade launchers, EMP cannons, and kinetic energy railguns. Collateral damage is the norm. :)
