oh thats cool and cold
cool shot, indeed
I love the repetition of shapes and color of the image. Great job!
Wonderful capture :)
Dripping with winter atmosphere:) Like your title.
The perfect spacing shows the underlying structure. VERY cool! :)
So very satisfying, a perfect composition.
So elegant! So crisp! So wintery! I love the name as it fits the image perfectly, and it makes me think of the movie Aliens, during the climax. In the big, exciting, Hollywood-monster-climax scene, the camera zoomed in close to the teeth of the alien "queen" and her teeth were translucent and glass-like, which I found to be shockingly accurate since such creatures utilize polarized silicon in their exoskeletons. I was shocked that a director/screenwriter/movie-making-person would actually take that into account when designing teeth to show on a movie screen. Critters with polarized silicon exoskeletons would most likely have teeth as translucent as these icicles. THAT has nothing to do with this, and yet, the connection was sparked in my brain, because of the title. I love it when that happens, and I love this image.
!!
Not as cold here dear Nikolay, though we do have a lot of snow. Hugs for all day. Di. xx
WOW! Mother nature has been very careful, creating this line of icicles :) Superb shot and find :-)
BBBBBBBBRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!
A real pleasure to look at.
What a cool piece this is great shot.
Yikes! I'd stay far enough away that if they fell they wouldn't pierce your heart! Wonderful find and capture!
I love it, I think the title is great!
The essence - super!
superb, looks almost orchestrated
VERY BEAUTIFUL
Like fish teeth!
very very beautiful !
fabulous image
Great observation, Nikolais!
A scary and mesmerising thought - should any of these 'teeth' hit a living thing? - we will just have to wait until the weather warms up again, to see them melting and dripping away ... but such is the essence of your Winter! 'Viva La Difference!' a haunting image under adverse conditions, Nikolay BB
an "icicle army" in rank and !!
Love the icy pattern and colors
