I am feeling lost
There is a great storm coming my way
And I can’t figure out
How to get out of the way
The skies are so dark
I am not sure
If there will ever be light again
I have been brave my whole life
Stood face to face with things
That would make most scream
But right now
Trapped in my insecurities
I find myself afraid of the dark
