This is crisp and peaceful! I love the openness in this image...and the monochrome enhances that. The grays and blacks are nice and bold: VERY engaging. Lighthouses are quite interesting thingamajigs and you capture so much more of their personalities than I even knew existed. Oh, and there's a lighthouse in Evanston with your name on it!
This is so very not British! It is so interesting how some aspect of a building places it firmly in a certain country.
I love these old buildings. Your composition is superb. And what's not to like? A regular job and a home with a view.
