As our ennemies are researching to develop ever more effective weapons,we have to do the same (now where did i hear that before lol?),anyway we have developed so far some nasty variants of Ebola and HIV combinations,in a mixture with the devastating wonderwaste virus from MoFo beach we could build a very versatile weapon,just spraying what we want where we want ,just to put more weight behind our political statements and give directions.
Lieutenant Arjana Bendova,is instructing her new apprentice Seatano “Slick”da Cruz ,how to handle equipment and scanners,when he finishes with his texting messages on the Crap-pad that is lol.

One needs to investigate those so called 'contrails" that you see in the everyday sky's as I think they are seeding the atmosphere with stuff that effects our weather but that's just my personal opinion....(sigh)...

This sounds like a very dangerous combination of viruses. Only humans would be so stupid as to develop a weapon that will ensure total anhilalation of the entire species inculding themselves.
